You have to wonder if there can ever be a solution seeing that. Sooner or later Hamas and the Palestinians by default are going to work themselves into their own genocide.
It is frightening that kids are to be taught that violence is the answer. I will not even try to pretend that I understand the situation there as it seem that the area has been in some sort of conflict for most of my lifetime and I have never fully understood it but to me it all seems to be about whose land it is. The basic truth is that no country owns any land it all belongs to the Earth and for want of a better term mother nature. We as humans feel the need to fight over it and control it the same way animals need to defend their territory or patch of the world. Gangs in America and other countries fight to control neighbourhoods and streets to control their patch and for what, to determine what is mine and gain control. A never ending cycle of greed and control. I remember watching a movie once and for some reason I think it was a James Bond movie where the Villain said that he wanted to re-set humanity as we were the virus that was destroying the planet, at this moment in time that line seems to be closer to the truth than most of us would feel comfortable with
Can't remember a 007 movie but you're likely right. It was also the plot of Dan Brown's novel, Inferno.
Very popular chap in his day ( and now ) long hair beard, has many more supporters than any football club.
Inocent people including children are dying and you make fun of a desperate situation. The only place for you is ignore.
24hrs to evacuate Northern Gaza. They're not pissing about are they. Maybe we've reached the point where the Israelis think enough is enough and there's not enough international concern to stop them taking the whole lot any more.
