The NL playoffs have been a fantastic watch.

Fair play to Grimsby, completely deserved.

Andy Smith was fantastic too. He's a real player, reads the game very well, good positioning and a nice turn of pace.

I don't think it'd be a bad idea if we nicked McAtee this summer. As a cheap punt it would seem like a no brainer

McAtee is 22 and has played for 8 clubs in 6 years. I can see him doing well in league 1/2, Grimsby will do well to hang onto him.

Caught the extra time & they both played some nice football.
I’ve always had a soft spot for the Grimboys, until they play us!

I lived in Cleethorpes for a couple of years, so used to go to their games if City were away, so have a bit of a soft spot for them.

Smith and the club maybe should consider loaning him for another season there, as League 2 might be a good education for him. Look a good player and right-footer, so he and Greaves a future pairing?.
