Just one goal out on 7/10 predictions yields 39 points and drop further into mid table obscutity! Wonder why bother sometimes, I really do.:emoticon-0147-emo:

League Table

Age took over from youth at the top this week and what looked unlikely a few weeks ago has now happened. Frenchie moves into poll position, but this could change over several times before the end in what looks to be a close finish. More or less a 2 horse race, though Brian may have other ideas. Yorkie, Theo and Mark also looking good for a sprint finish. Highest scores of the day where by Charlie with 119 and Zen with 108. For those of us stuck in mid table obscurity there is the chance of cup glory next weekend, when the WPL. and the FA Cup predictions leagues run concurrently.

If Seb gets his map of France out and can find Poitiers, Chateauroux and Limoges, joins them up, he will have something close to a triangle. I am in the middle of that triangle, and it takes about an hour to drive to any of them.

Thanks for all you time cologne .i agree its a two horse race .Last year i was about 200 behind mark ,if i can be less than 200 behind the winner and 150 in front of mark id be more than happy

All still very close between Frenchie and Seb at the time, in fact the lead changed overnight and then changed back again with Sunday's matches. The battle for 3rd is also close with only 70 odd points between 3rd and 6th. Highest score of the day was 128 by NZHorn. Only 4 rounds left now.

With 3 rounds left Frenchie has increased his lead to 35 points. Highest scores of the day were Charlie Livesey with 123 (If Watford v Liverpool had been 2-2, then this would have been the first double ton), and Theo with 113, forcing him up into 3rd. Elsewhere a low scoring round, not just in terms of points for us but also with goals. No less than 7 home teams failed to score which made life very difficult for us.

Another relatively low scoring round for us with only Theo really making hay with a high score of 151. Definitely a good week to do this as it was over 90 points higher than anyone else and narrows the gap on Seb to a little over a hundred points with only 2 rounds left. Frenchie has extended his lead to just over 50 at the top.
