just one question supers; what did you think of the argentine centre forward displays
They did ok I thought, nearly as agood as Robert Rosario!

haha, i think i know where this is going mate...
they were both absolutely outstanding weren't they. the movement was sensational from aguero while tevez, considering he's barely played in 5 months, still had his wonderful touch. aguero's two goals were stunning and we couldn't cope with them.
still rather have holt though![]()

Are you Adam Drury....?![]()
redruth, your above post was so ridiculously naive it bordered on idiotic so to call me stupid is laughable. just cos you've been watching for twice as long doesn't mean you know how the dressing room works, and your post was a massive indication of that. if you knew anything that was currently going on at colney then you'd think twice about what you'd posted.

I don't know fcuk all according to you. I'm to old a cat to be pissed on by little kittens like you. You carry on with your huge knowledge of the game and anything called experience or astuteness that is clearly not abundant in your blinkered mind can be ignored while you carry on being rude to people about their OPINIONS. And as far as it goes, unless you're the majority shareholder thats all your two penneth is, an OPINION.
If you wish to disagree, do so politely. Thats what this forum is about. For now, get rid of the arrogant know all attitude.
), but i know people in and around the club including the odd current and many ex players and journalists close to the club. i probably know a lot more about the club than most on here but i do not know everything and there are, i'm sure, others on here who know more than i do, but even so, some of the things redruth said were miles off and i merely pointed them out - it might be his opinion but as i understand it, its not just me who knows, its pretty common knowledge that wilbraham is a massive influence at the club; to shove him out of the club would be a mistake unless the timing is right and the right replacement found who can have similar influence. as far as i can tell, that was my main point - then all hell broke loose.Fair enough, but for a pedant like myself, I always find it difficult to understand when someone says a player is a massive influence at a club. How is that quantified? What does it really mean? How disruptive would it really be if he left? It seems to me when someone says X is a huge influence, it is ultimatley conjecture, nothing more.

in fact, having just looked back at the previous posts between myself and redruth, i think it is he who should be apologising for a total over-reaction to me arguing that strikers shouldn't be judged on goals alone, which is what this started out as!!
i think you must read those remarks in a different tone to me then because they are not arrogant at all. i claimed you to be naive in what you said about the dressing room spirit and about wilbraham's ability - why is that arrogant? others agree with me on here. are they arrogant? the sentence about martin leaving and wilbraham staying are not arrogant - i clearly state 'most likely' - it is an open statement - could happen, might not. as for the stuff about him not being a goal scorer - if you genuinely believe that i am wrong about what i put then i am totally right and you are extremely naive in your perception of what makes a good footballer or not.
its you who has shown arrogance and total bad manners in all your responses to me, simply because you disagree with what i wrote about wilbraham. well tough - you can call me whatever the **** you want but you have behaved like a complete dickhead on this thread.
