Barry Town
I've been to south Wales but never had the misfortune of going to Barry. I've heard it's depressing.
In the places I've had the misfortune of going to in 2023. I say Hemsworth in Wakefield.

Tbh i live in between Wakefield and Dewsbury and find both towns to be **** holes.
it is and I was only there one day on a school trip. My mate found a 4 pack of beer in a bin and as he was showing me one of the lads on the dodgem cars blind sided me. About 1980.
We used to stay in Wakefield and travel into Leeds and there was a kip of a nightclub,not sure of the name jumpin jacks maybe ( although that could have been in Leeds) Wakey might know.

That sounds about right and another one called the roof garden or something. I've had a few work colleagues reminisce over them to me.
Don’t know if it counts but I stayed years ago in Gloucester, bunch of knuckle scrapers in the pub me and the missus went to. One beer and we moved on.

I remember Mustang Sally's but was 2 young to go clubbing. I think the building in empty now but it's still go the last club's sign out front.
