You guys are mad!

We dont need anyone else... we've just won 2 games in a row 0 - 4 and 0 - 6. On that form we're gonna win the league!

Chin up.

I'm more worried by the poor humour on here recently. Up your game, Not606.

All the money will be put back in the budget as they said they would. Doesn't mean they'll spend it all in one window, but whatever is left over will carry over to future windows.

News about geordie fans puts this into perspective but I'm confident that the money will be spent. Twitchy about timescale.

I'm off work with nerve splitting tooth ache. When I'm not consisting suicide or DIY dentistry I'm very high. No room for humour.

I just don't see the need to focus particularly on those among the dead who happened to be from our country, or empathise more because now we know there were Newcastle fans. It's tragic, but the fact that they were Newcastle fans doesn't make it more tragic. The reason the media reports it in such a way is pretty morbid too - it's because on some level people are fascinated.

What per cent do you think will be re-invested in players?

Oh come on. If Lovren goes for £23m, we don't need to spend that much to replace him. We sold him for that much partly because he did so well, and partly because we ripped off Liverpool. I'd take replacing Lovren with someone like De Vrij and spending the rest on another position.

Shaw going has paid off the transfer debt. Now anything we make, we will spend about 50-75% of that. We may not have as such a good starting eleven as last year, but I bet you we have a much deeper squad.

There was no "transfer debt", it was either anti-Cortese rubbish or a case of the new chairman not being aware of periodical payments for some reason.
