The desire of Silva is to keep Lookman, but if his preferred destination is Germany then so be it.

Would hate to see him not give Silva a year and see how we do under the new boss.

tbh he's a young lad looking out for himself. has he earned the right to be making demands? who knows.

I'd imagine the guy needs to show big things in preseason for Silva to sit up and pay attention.

if everyone was demanding and **** off at the first reverse clubs would be in chaos.

same for ward. imo he stayed one year as 3rd choice and didn't grumble and has turned up to win a spot.

RBL want him next season though i'm not sure if they are willing to actually pay anywhere near what Everton would demand.

If he feels that RB is the place for him then yes. It’s in him to be the best he can be a e got a rough deal last season until his move
 
Southgate appears to have earmarked certain players already for moving into the senior ranks. Didn’t Gomez if Liverpool have some training with full squad?

Others have also in the past and some invited out to Russia (vennables did same in Euro 96 with Lampard, Ferdinand etc)

Could be a long term thing for Southgate.
