Mane is mane and not for changing.

He's the weakest of our trio of forwards and there's no coinkidink fekir was a left sided midfield/forward option.

klopp loves mane but i think he sees he's the guy to come off if he's not doing well.

can't say i feel any sympathy for Senegal.

I wanted them to go through as an african side but seeing their lack of ambition and basically just trying to kick columbia off the park i don't think they really deserved to go through

Choice of columbia with james a serious doubt at this point. (good but not brilliant side) or japan. Average enough but have done well with subs and got a few goals.

For me columbia will be harder game than potential QF if we are 2nd.

Japan then brazil on the other side..

I still think 2nd is the way to go tonight.


Get 6 yellows all shared out among unbooked players and throw in 2 kane ogs as well.
 
Still hold the opinion that neither you or Belgium have anything to fear quality wise from those two teams...

Colombia maybe more dangerous than Japan but only if they turn up like their second match.

no neither should be a trouble to a good side. I think columbia are the better team and decently organised but james missing/half fit has done for them a bit. They are decent though.
Japan were not impressive but they kept at it in the games they played and got back into games that they should have lost. really crawled through tbh.


It really has been set up for england to pick their route so for me 2nd all the way.

What about the 4 odd times he picked the ball up had 2 or 3 runners go past him, plenty of time on the ball and decided to touch the ball 3 more times rather than pass?

Tbf when those players got the ball they weren't great shooting or crossing wise but makes no difference really. . They get the ball lose it... Mane dawdles over the ball loses it.

He really needed another quality player beside him..... and longer studs/blades whatever they use now on their slippers
 
tbh lads i am in work so can't see what yez are on about. what the the japanese do exactly... roll over and let poland spank them?
