Nothing will top the glorious days of the 2002 World Cup where Poland had the Martin and Marcin Zewlakov in the team - because due to the R'lyehian pronunciation of the Polish language they weren't just fielding the Jerkoff brothers, but the Jerkoff twins.

Didn't miss much - turgid affair!
Glad Croatia got through - especially after a hard battle, extra time and pens - as I don't think we'd have stood a prayer against Russia at SF stage.... <yikes>
 
So I assume the antics at Ikea Stratford after the QF
were down to the :

1. store being far easier to visit for morons than
the Edmonton store is

Why would Ikea open a store in an area where people have trouble tying their shoelaces, let alone putting together flat-packed furniture?

On a similar note, thank you two separate neighbours for blaring out Three Lions in the middle of the night. I now hate David Baddiel even more than his ****wittery about how it's Spurs fans' fault that Chelsea fans keep singing about Auschwitz and the Holocaust...
