Why didn't he get a yellow card for simulation? Ooops, he did

He got a yellow for having a paddy. For the dive?.......Nothing. Despite more diving than a Jacques Cousteau documentary, I can't recall a single yellow card for diving.

Outside of the PL, nobody gives a **** about diving. It's a British obsession.

The time has come for ITV to do the decent thing and agree to not show England matches at world cups. Going back to 1998 ITV and BBC have each shown 10 England matches at the world cup (not including the 2 qtr finals that were shown on both sides though why ITV bother in these circumstances no one knows). Of the 10 matches shown on the BBC we have won 8 and lost 1 on ITV we have won 1, and lost 3.

On the other hand, ITV definitely don't have Mark Lawrenson or Danny Murphy as commentators or pundits.

On the subject of the BBC, did anyone explain to them that Didier Drogba's 104 caps for Ivory Coast mean they shouldn't have the rest of the punditry sofa assume he's rabidly pro-Nigerian? What next, have Cesc Fabregas cheer on Mexico?

What is the point if VAR if they miss obvious penalties such as the two on Kane and the one on Mitrovic tonight, but a look at very dubious handballs

Can somebody remind me why commentators and pundits continue to be blind to all of Brazil's ****ehawkery?

Kosovan people such as Shaqiri or Xhaka

Don't touch me ref I don't know where you've been.

Shaqiri or Xhaka. I love it. No wonder Shaqiri had his mouth open wide and his shirt off. ( Wonder if they lost their families to the Serbs?)

Shaqiri apparently was born in Gjilan,(today's eastern part of Kosovo ) in 1991. He and his family of mother, father, two brothers and a sister left for Switzerland in 1992. (Had to google that one,not being a Stoke City fan.)
