Not exactly, but standing with your arms around someone isn’t actually specified to be an offence.....but even if it is one, all three players were doing it and so the first offence should be penalised and I couldn’t see who started it.

Do you think...if a forward in the pen area holds down a defender,should be automatically sent off and the same with a defender,would this stop the grabbing?

….and why can't the VAR people see what we see when the ref can't or wont?

I am beginning to think that referees have been instructed to remember it is a contact game and that's good, but it should not include wrestling which they all seem to be turning a blind eye to.
