Aha, but regarding our contribution to the squad, apart from Kane a place in the starting line up for all the others have been questioned by those who are trying to get more Liverpool / ManU players into the team. You know, because playing people from the same league team in their normal positions is clearly a bad thing.
Meanwhile, in the Portugal camp, one of the squad has learned he has to pay an €18.8m fine and has received a suspended two-year prison sentence for tax evasion. Guess which one? http://www.marca.com/en/football/real-madrid/2018/06/15/5b23b46fe2704e57288b484b.html
As long as he doesn't get caught tax dodging in Spain for the next two years. So good news for PSG...
I think I have 7 group games out of 24 that I want to watch for a possible spectacle and academic interest, And only one of them is "home nation" (Inger-Spurs vs Bel-Spurs - or "overseas training session" ) .
I'm pretty sure that the Spanish authorities are just working their way down his agent's client list, at the moment. Next!
I'm sure The Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed bin Sultan bin Zayed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan Team and Wolves aren't in any way worried about the possibility of extradition...
Next time I hear people say that cheats never prosper, I'll just point them to the tax-dodger diving for a penalty against Spain...
Problem is, that as I understand it, that would not have been overturned as it wasn't a clear and obvious error..... The fact that the cheating ****er stuck his foot out to catch the leg wouldn't be enough.....
It’s nice to finally watch a good game of football at the World Cup. It makes you realise just how bad the 3 matches before this were. Shame they both can’t lose tonight, though. Although, a draw would put Iran top. Banter.
I think that the commentators are generally quite decent, but the co-commentators leave a lot to be desired. There are some obvious exceptions, but most of them are there on merit.
