    I watched Ireland v Azerbaijan, last night. One of the worst games I've seen in a long long time.
    I could see why Ireland lost to Luxembourg. How the hell did they nearly beat Portugal?

    It's big in terms of money, but there's only 20 odd places between them, Vietnam ranked 98th and China 74th. So, Portsmouth losing to Oldham maybe?

    What makes it more impressive is that all of Vietnam's players play in Vietnam, not a single one plays outside of the home nation.

    Vietnam's top flight is fully professional, the smallest ground in that division is 14,000 so it's not on same level as The Faroes beating Austria, but it's a nice result for them. Especially as despite winning, they were eliminated anyway.
