Yeah has to be a certain amount of time - half hour I think - without any lightning in an 8 mile radius.
I can’t believe they’ll fanny about as much as they did for the Club World Cup. If it is genuinely looking a bit dodgy they’ll have to stop for a bit and they’ll do what they want for Austria v Jordan but the games that really matter will be played when they’re meant to even if someone hears a bit of thunder on the other side of the state.
