I think Japan and Morocco have now joined the higher level of world football. It’s a good thing and they are both great to watch.
It’s not FIFA that has affected people’s travel rights though, it’s the US government that has done that. FIFA might have done more to influence those decisions, but we don’t really know what conversations may have been held.
That said, they are mostly ****s. We are as one on that!!
Morocco have been there a while really, their World Cup and Afcon records stand up pretty well.
The bank holiday isn't anything to do with the win, it was announced months ago after they qualified.
To be fair I didn't suggest the bank holiday was declared due to their win over Haiti.
However it's interesting to note the holiday was declared after the fixtures were announced which raises the question would they have done the same if the first game was against Brazil?
