100% correct QM.
Aluko has been okay on the panel giving her views, but I was surprisingly impressed with Scott on the game she was giving her views on.
As for the commentary, it was very very poor, tokenism at the ridiculous best. I think a lot of people on twitter commented they muted that game.

Including John Terry who subsequently deleted it and claimed he was referring to the fact that the sound system in his house had gone belly up .

I think Spain can consider themselves slightly fortunate to take all 3 points. The defensive line of Iran across the pitch was something Mourinho would be proud of. More like parking the train

Need to get down the bookies and find out what odds they are offering on the World Cup Final being decided by a VAR penalty. I think the odds are going to be pretty poor as, thanks to VAR, we appear to be heading for a tournament record number of penalty kicks being awarded.

So much for VAR eliminating disputed decisions by allowing third party analysis. The Muppets watching the replays are as bad as the guy that only sees it once on the field – same as many other sports where the technology just illustrates how often the humans get it wrong.

Was VAR not supposed to be for when a decision was obviously wrong? Some of these VAR calls seem very marginal like the Aussie penalty against Denmark.

Sweden will play for a draw against Germany now, hopefully they get it as Mexico will beat SK. Mexico and Sweden can then give each other a nod for a draw. Happy days.

What a pathetic comment! You dislike the Germans, but you obviously know **** all about them, they are far from out of it yet.

I have yet to see or hear one remotely anti-English comment in the German media or from the people I know, in fact they wish the team well. It seems we should remind ourselves what they achieved in the 2014 World Cup, the first European team to win it in South America, not forgetting banging in seven goals against Brazil, a feat that will never be equalled. They are up against it now, but I am sure they'll give it everything to get the necessary six points. I wish them well.

Now I'll be a total hypocrite and ruin everything and say "****ing glad Turkey aren't in it". <laugh>

Yes i hope they lose to Sweden or better still draw and then the last game will stitch them up, bit like they cheated in 82. I have no time for Germans, where I live in Kenya they treat the locals like vermin, awful people.

unlike the british , who just invaded and took what they wanted , tortured and killed those who didn't go along with them , i've also experienced abhorrent treatment of kenyans by british bosses in mombasa , it's not a national thing it's a class thing .

Oh well! The Mau Mau were none too friendly in the old Rhodesia either? Was a prosperous country once, look at it now. Hmm, are there that many Germans living in Kenya?

Argentina don't look much up till now, but that could change quick. Some pretty heavy tackling, to put it mildly, by both sides.

I couldn't care what happened before i was born.

FIFA World Cup - four wins - four times losing finalists - four times placed third.

UEFA European Nations Championship - three wins - three times losing finalists - three other semi finals.

Ho-hum!

Tim Vickery, the English guy who lives in Rio De Janeiro, who comments on talkSport and BBC Radio 5 Live stated many times leading up to the start of the tournament that the Argentine defence was like the Marx Brothers; he was not wrong!

The only two sides I want to see beaten in this world cup out of pure spire are Belgium and Iceland. Funny how we're all different in that regard!

Evidently - they don't want to be part of a world cup that would have them as a member...

There‘ll be tears in Germany Saturday night I’m afraid Kenny - Die Mannschaft ist eben keine Mannschaft. Going home.
