Happy all well with you both.

Had a wretched back spasm yesterday afternoon, taken to A&E, given an injection and a CT scan (cos of my probs) and kept in overnight. No damage on scan, scheduled for an MRI tomorrow ( amazing what letters to the CEO will achieve .
Back home now and moving about a bit.
