Been to see a consultant on Cardiff - I fell and hurt my knee in December and it was still hurting so decided to get it seen. Turns out I damaged the PCL in my left knee.

Touch and go if I’ll make the Welsh squad for the Autumn internationals ...... <laugh>

Hi Nick - it’s improving. Consultant recommends targeted physio. First session on Tuesday, thankfully the sessions will be only 1.5 miles away<cheers>

It’s been more troublesome recently, rather than painful. I’m ‘aware’ of the sensation rather than being in discomfort.
