Been to see a consultant on Cardiff - I fell and hurt my knee in December and it was still hurting so decided to get it seen. Turns out I damaged the PCL in my left knee.

Touch and go if I’ll make the Welsh squad for the Autumn internationals ......

Hi Nick - it’s improving. Consultant recommends targeted physio. First session on Tuesday, thankfully the sessions will be only 1.5 miles away

It’s been more troublesome recently, rather than painful. I’m ‘aware’ of the sensation rather than being in discomfort.
