Interesting was listening to Andre Gray who played in Saudi but he was saying that his time was specific of how long he had to play in saudi for tax reasons and they name checked Henderson saying thats why he hasnt yet come back to england

Not a bad shout I liked him when we were linked before no idea how he’s done at benfica

Just 1 goal and an assist (in the same game) so far in the league but only started once, with 8 sub appearances. Looks similar to the previous season, though, so hasn’t kicked on much except for some minutes in the Champions League on top of that since.

Yeah he came through their youth team, He was on a permanent deal at Twente but Ajax had a buy back. Quite a few teams were interested in him but he wanted to go back to Ajax

Very good player tbh, technically very good but lacks the physicality to play in some leagues
