Was talking to a Sheffield Wednesday fan yesterday at work, got talking about that Ugbo who we tried to sign in the summer but inevitably went back to them.

with the nature of the game, will in a odd way be happy with ELF being the only signing, as none of us know how many players we have put feelers out for, inquired about etc, the main thing for me is that we havent lost a key member of the squad.

if the loaning/selling moves the goal posts midway through ( Leciester were happy to take 6-9m but as soon as other clubs were interested in TC, they bumped the price up) thatsnot on the club,

also if a player doesnt want to join, thats on them not the club.

Personally I’d be a little bit frustrated. This is a big chance to really push on and we need some depth upfront and on the right wing. If nobody else comes in I’ll be a little bit annoyed personally. Not negative and calling the board worse than **** but I’ll be frustrated for sure
