I must be the only one but I'd be happy if the squad stayed as it is and we got some injured boys back. This is probably first time in whole season where RLB has tough choices to make and its not easy and on Saturday was to the detriment. When mundle and Watson come back the we are fine on left, we have Roberts and poveda on left and are well stacked in middle. We have Wilson and mayenda for strikers and the former isn't getting dropped so where does a new signing fit? Unless he's different level and can make an immediate impact I'm.genuinely not arsed. You also have to think of the team harmony

Agree for the most part, but if we want to have the option to play 2 strikers then we need a third in the event of any injury to either of them

Had watched a couple of their games this season - Kevin Carlos was a striker I've had my eye on so the swiss league seemed worth a watch. The 2 standouts for me.

Edit: someone tell me how the hell to embed a tweet lol.

We’ll be well placed when we have a left winger back but will get new injuries so got to look to maintain our strength. Full back and right wing seem the riskiest, but also think you need options to kill games off or the player that is the one most likely to change it. We struggled with high long balls yesterday, they put Jaws from the Bond films on, being an example.

Roberts is shyte man and we’ve seen nout of Poveda. Watson looks unreal because Roberts is so bad it makes him stand out that bit more, the same for Mundle. This is the problem with too many of our fans they don’t want us to bring in better players because they’ll replace their favourites and potentially harm their development. If we have an opportunity to improve our team then we take it and put ourselves in the best position possible for promotion, not just miss out because we’re too stubborn to admit we can improve.

Watson and Mundle looked good regardless of what was happening on the other side of the pitch

We can't just keep signing players though, otherwise the squad will be massive

100% we can upgrade at RM but the rest of the starting line up is class. I'd like another CF option and a LB to push the starters

Yeah, they look good for sure but it’s 100% amplified by how lacklustre Roberts is. All they needed to do was run at defenders and the crowd was lifted instantly and the impact they were making from simply just driving forward was visible. Reminiscent of Clarke.

Start of the season if we were told we’re going to replace Ballard there would’ve been a meltdown because he was apparently the best CB in the league according to some yet we’ve brought in a much better player and improved massively. Same with Rigg really if we were told he’s going to get pushed out of the team for someone else there would’ve been protests at the AoL :emoticon-0117-talki we just need to be looking to improve all the time and if the opportunity comes up we strike. You stand still in football you get left behind, the likelihood is most of these players were developing won’t even be here in a few years.
