I don't really fancy Goodrham tbh. Riis is a sensible signing as a reasonably-priced option striker. With Goodrham I just wonder if he's sufficiently a standout. If we're just looking for a squad player, we've already got them. If we want massive potential or huge immediate impact I wonder if we can do better? Not to mention we'll have a big rebuild to do in the summer and RW is a spot where we could inject some quality. Don't want that blocked, ideally.

Make that 2 of us, can anyone shed any light on what are Riis’ strengths? Records decent this season but only hit double figures in this league once, target man? Link up player? Outside of safc my football player knowledge isn’t fantastic
Think most people are like that to be honest.. who watches much of Preston other than when we play them!? I think highlight reels are what most fans end up judging off and they can make anyone look like a superstar lol remember Hemirs..?
Emil Riis... I think he'd be canny for us. Always seems to be the taller strikers that do well recently.

Think if it’s Riis a deal could be done quicker than Frigan. And maybe we go in for Frigan again in the summer or let’s be greedy and get Frigan Riis in
He suffers a bit with Tore Andre Flo-itis - he's a good forward but, despite his size and contrary to what people expect because of it, he's no target man.
Don't know much about Frigan or Riis tbh.
If people said no to Cannon, surely we say no to Frigan for the same price?!?! If Riis is half decent and we can get him for way less than the other 2 we should probably go for him.

Still think we'll get 2 decent players in, maybe even pull a rabbit out of the hat somewhere. Striker and RW for me. We won't sign a LB coz he'll use Hjelde
