the fact he’s told them to take it down as it was just banter tell’s you that the messages are genuine, then he’s obviously screenshotted it and sent to someone shows that it’s clear the messages mean something.

With Abdullahi fit now, Connolly would have been 5th choice for a position where we usually only play 1 player.

One thing about this transfer, whatever anyone thinks about Cannon, it would be again quite impressive if he opts for us given the competition. Sheff Utd have parachute payments and currently sit above us.
