My ideal versatile forward would come in and play left to begin with until mundle or Watson are back, striker if Isidor and mayenda were both injured (unless Abdullahi can step up) but be a goal scoring left footed right winger aiming to usurp Roberts.

its a shame that Frigan is a no 9 that can play on the right, rather than a right sided forward who can as a nine.

The Norwegian fella looks canny. Big, fast, strong unit. Two footed. Can hold the ball up and not afraid of headers.

I like Mayenda on the right, personally.
Mundle or Tommy on the left plus Wilson ( or another) up top is a potent strike force given our depth in midfield.

anyway, let’s see what happens.

Still totally relaxed. Think we bring in one more (a forward). If you think, we brought Connolly in as a free agent as we needed more support up top. We have since lost him and Rusyn, albeit with Wilson and Mayenda exceeding expectations. I’m not at all concerned.
Abdoullahi must be nearing readiness aswell.

Important we get what we need with Sheff u, leeds and Burnley active in the market

ST
Winger
Full back

Has to come in if we want to finish top two, AA leaving is disappointing for me feels he has something

Versatile forward and that'll be it mate, we have said we aren't targeting anything for defence

It’s a tricky time for us to recruit players this month given our league position.
We don’t want players who are good enough to help us get promoted but won’t cut it in the premiership unless they are loan deals and we can give them back
Buying ready made premiership players right now is going to be difficult so I’m guessing we are looking at a similar situation that we had with Le Fee, a premiership ready player on a loan with an obligation to buy if we are promoted.

This is window is always a risk.

do you waste loads on player failing to live up to the hype or getting injured.

do you wait for the right player

do you panic buy

Or do you not do anything and just hope

Good thing is we don’t need to panic buy

if we get no one and just add le fee and lose no one of worth I’m happy

Then IMO we are playing championship football next season. Cirkin no where fully fit. 09 is not a full back... Hume on the left is a square peg in a round hole

Add that too no real depth at the top of the pitch as well.

Id be very disappointed if one came in and more went out.
