It's still dropping a bollock even if there's nothing in it. Its embarassing to be sharing screenshots from your own phone, and he's done that. I'd want it removed from the internet as well.

For a start there's an argument his employers might see it as gross misconduct (sharing a private message between 2 employees more widely)
