He desperately needs a loan where he can play every week in defence. With Aji back and once Seelt returns, we should make finding that loan a priority.He’s been poor in defence never mind midfield!
If we end up needing to push a player into midfield for Millwall then it really needs to be Luke IMO. Also has the advantage of pushing us towards a land of the giants back four.
Agree about Hjelde going out on loan when others get back fit. Definitely don’t agree with O’Nien in midfield. He’s nowhere near good enough to play in the middle of the park at this level imo. Keep him in defence.
One game solution. I agree that I don't want him in midfield. I just want the other options even less. Let's hope Browne makes it - even if I'm not impressed by him either.
Keep Neil as the DM, and have O'Nien and Rigg as the two 8s ?

Connolly should be nowhere near the side atm. Isidor has to be playing through the middle.
If I see Isidor out wide one more time I might spontaneously combust... there is so much about his game that makes us good when he is up top, such a waste when he is out wide
I wouldn’t mind him out wide as much if we had some quality through the middle still but that’s not happening right now. Isidor central and a proper winger wide has to be the way to go.
Yeah, Isidor's height and his hold up ability really make the CB's wary, especially his constant attempts at running in behind. As soon as we bring Connolly on, the CB's don't have that same worry.

Dunno if we'll still be top two, but I definitely expect we'll still be in the mix. Given our injuries and suspensions that's pretty good. Just need to add a couple - and better integrate the ones we have!
Agreed. Tbh I’m not even thinking about top 2. I’d be delighted with a chance in the play-offs.
So who plays left wing against Millwall if Mundle is out injured? Its a huge ask for Watson to play there
Could go 5 at the back and play wingbacks? That being said watsons not going to get better by sitting on the bench so wouldn’t be against starting him either
