Yes he does that but then just gives it back. I’d be interesting to see how many opposition attacks come from him cutting inside and losing it. He’s better when he hits the line but then can’t do the cross. His driving runs from deep drags us up the field though. That’s his biggest strength to me.

like you say he should of had a lot more game time at this rate when we sell ballard with got no one step in that's ready if you played seelt a lot more this season he would be way more ready for next season, same for auchi him and jobe should of be alternating game time getting them

him rusyn and auchi should of had a lot more game time this season

if the don't we'll be in the same situation again next season

seelt auchi should of had enough game time this season , to hit the the ground running next season

Isn't that one of the issues TM alluded to though? trying to balance giving these lads the game time they need and winning games.

Do you take short term pain for long term gain?

It’s a tough call. I’ve not seen much of Aouchiche. Nice technical player but all fart and no ****e. Play Prichard and Aouchiche does bed in. Probably just needs balance.

Adil looks a good player, quick feet and mind but needs games to adapt to the pace of the league.

Hes another I think would suit a midfield 3 with a proper dm holding so he can get up and down as an attacking 8

i don't think we would of been worse of getting them 3 the games needs

rusyns has looked alright and if we start learning that we can play a ball through from him i think he would of had a lot more goals then he's got

i think auchi could of defo had the same impact as jobe

and seelt would give you the option of playing onion as a cdm

i think its all been poor team management from beale and from mowbray

Rusyn to me is a left sided forward, play him there as part of a 3 and I think he would come on leaps and bounds.

Trouble is he can't play that role and Clarke play left wing.

Rusyn will do a job at cf, but I dont think we will see the best of him there

agree i also think he would be good playing off a big cf some one who could knock the ball on for him to run on to and i think he's got the stamina to play as a 10

I think he’s perfect for that Pritch role in between making things tick. Hard to pick though when he’s not impacting games but then as you say won’t get up to speed if he doesn’t play in them.

Aouchiche should've been playing months ago. Has 1 goal and 1 assist in 557 minutes with just 4 starts. His data is very good, can create (not as much as Pritch), takes loads of shots, gets on the ball in dangerous areas. Just a shame our coaches force him up front or on the wing and then throw him under the bus after making a mistake in a position he shouldn't have been put in.

Think he needs the support from Pritch to help him adapt, would like to see them playing side by side more but sadly can’t see that happening, we’re far to predictable with the way we set up

This is the first game where all these kinds ds have been on the bench, if we didn't have injuries they wouldn't be on the bench.
