Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has been charged with misconduct in relation to Sunday's FA Cup victory parade in London.
The 23-year-old led fans in an expletive-laden chant during the club's victory celebrations, mocking Premier League rivals Tottenham. He later apologised.
Wilshere has until 18:00 BST on 10 June to respond to the charge.
He was warned by the FA for a similar outburst after last year's cup win.
The England international was spoken to by Arsenal staff after this latest incident but the club said they would not be taking action.
An FA statement read: "It is alleged his conduct in making and/or inciting certain comments during the club's open bus trophy tour was improper and/or brought the game into disrepute."
Wilshere sang two anti-Spurs songs on a balcony alongside his team-mates as they celebrated beating Aston Villa 4-0 the previous day.
It was a record-breaking 12th FA Cup win for the Gunners.

I felt the whole thing was a storm in a teacup anyway, but if these are the rules the FA want to have, then I guess we have to accept them. All I'll say is that we are turning into a very soft nation.
That being said, Wilshere was warned about this last year when he did the exact same thing and he clearly didn't take it on board, so I don't feel he can complain too much when he was pretty much told by the FA to not indulge in such behaviour in the future.
Thoughts?
