From memory, the 25 man squad rule didn't exist when he was Pompey manager - and I believe that QPR already have more than 25 players, and so have had to leave out players such as Hulse - so that could make his inevitable January transfer dealings quite interesting.

Unless the board will be happy to have even more players on their books picking up decent wages but not ever being allowed to play, then Harry will have to offload one player for every player he brings in. (As opposed to his usual squirrel-hoarding-nuts-like squad strategy).

Yep just said on the rumour thread that the window will be even more lively than usual with Arry in full flow!

Nah! I would never say never but if there is a footballing god, QPR deserve relegation given their policy of trying to buy instant success. So if HR is on the lookout out for new strikers, where does that leave Bobby Zamora, signed less than 12 months ago. If he is not the favoured one, I hope he and others, who Harry will want to ship out, dig their heels in and milk everything from the club!!

PS: I love Pompey more than QPR!!

Ides what have QPR done to make you hate them that much?

There is no logic but QPR just give me the creeps! The thought of HR and his new club getting far more media attention than is merited just makes me want to loathe them even more!

Not always, Diarra springs to mind, probably the best bit of business Pompey ever did. 11 million profit in one year and some great performances in that year.

Yes, but unfortunately his and many other players ludicrously high wages crippled you.

I bet when Redknapp brings QPR down to St Mary's, he won't tell the players to "take it easy" like he did when Saints went to Fratton.

****ing scumbag. I "hate" almost no one in this world, but I severly detest that pile of rancid flesh.

Bloody hell Chocolate Box, he always speak so highly of you !

Don't care if QPR stay up or not as long as we do.

Unfortunately it's probably gonna be one or the other.

And they have just taken a massive advantage.

I normally agree with a lot trixter says but your mad if you think it's just a manger that can change that around. QPR are a weak team, will need some shrewd signings in January to stop them getting relegated, but who going to want to join a team staring at relegation?
