Why do you think you get such small gates? Is it because you are such a tin pot side with no history?
Wheat-a-Bix anyone?

Brizzle vs:
watford - 4,432
hairyfoot - 6,342
Northampton - 5,812
like they are well massive gates maaan!
Seriously, ours vary between 5k and 6.5k so we aren't too much different in terms of gates to you.
last seasons average for Brizzle was 6,253 and ours was 5,875 so yes you managed a better gate and those extra 380 odd gates bought you Matty Harrold!
Sorry I got bored![]()

You must feel that alot after watching your lot bottle it in the play offs every year![]()

Just remind me how many people live in Bristol?
hahahha oh chris is back!! hows winning the league going for you? hahahaha brilliant result for you guys at the weekend!!
according to this article, ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_largest_United_Kingdom_settlements_by_population ) bristol is the SEVENTH largest city in england, ninth in the uk, population, 420,000.
so all things considered, bristol is a massive city and bristol rovers are a "big club" (trying to keep a stright face pahahahahaha)so how does it feel to be STRUGGLING in a league with clubs from towns like shrewsbury (119th largest town 70,000 people), torquay (131st, 63,000), macclesfield (164th , 50,000)!!!!!
not only are you in this league, youre hardly setting the world alight!!!
i told you chris stick to the gob stoppers they prevent all known verbal diorrhea, bragging, boasting etc why do you not wear a bag around your neck or tied to your ding a ling. go on you know it makes sense. from the shrews, friends of the gobstopper, floreat salopia and beware of the quiet club, gasometus deflatus,

Cheeky Chris - have you even got your own ground yet? Rovers must hold the record as the longest running homeless league club. And even when you had a ground it was really a dog track and then you were a non-league club's tenants in another (much nicer) city and then a rugby club's tenants. Then even they went bust and you were talking about moving out of town again. Ah well, suppose you have to expect that sort of thing when you've always been the 2nd ranked club in a footballing outpost.
What happened to the 40,000 at Wembley by the way? They didn't stick around long. So, here's your question - why do Rovers get such embarrassingly small gates for a "big city" club? In terms of crowds to population, yours must be amongst the worst in the country, if not Europe.
Ever thought of merging with City?
