Cheers CT and your greetings are reciprocated. We are both bouncing along healthwise with me on Sunset Strip and BMB reaching the 80 mark 4 months ago. On his 80th birthday he took me for a surprise lunch in the country and then completely wrote off his favourite car on the way back- a memorable day! Only injury was his pride.

A good win for Hull City yesterday. Staying with us for Christmas at present are our Aussie best friends with the wife a Welsh lass and staunch Swansea supporter. The match was televised live here early this morning and we watched and enjoyed it. She believes Hull City will finish above Swansea this season.

Good to hear you are both well Mrs BMB, and sorry about the favourite car. If we could hang on to some of our best performers in January I agree with your Welsh friend that we could move higher up the table, and indeed finish above Swansea, but sadly I expect Bowen, Grosicki, and Elphick will be gone, and Irvine will be tied up in the Asian Cup, so we may struggle to finish above where we currently stand. Lets hope the Allams find a buyer willing to put money back into Hull City and rebuild support for the team. My best wishes to you and Mr BMB. Take care.

Can remember me and my older brother biking to BP from Goddard Ave one night. We locked our bike frames together and then to a fence near the house which the club owned next to the carpark. After the game we came back to our bikes to find that all 4 wheels had been nicked. Many years later at another night game against Torquay with the same brother plus my younger brother and dad, we returned to Perth Street to discover that his Vauxhall Cavalier had gone. He's a ****ing Jonah is our kid.

Did we win though? That’s the acid test.
