This has been jinx's problem trying to attract top managers. They don't want any interference from upstairs messing about with their plans and wont work for him.
Its the Swansea way or no way that in affect you are not the full manager you are jinx's assistant...<laugh>

Franco had the same arrangement with Udinese so it isnt bullshit Dai. So it is obvious that he prefers it that way and probably one of the factors why he came here. Although he is part of the transfer process the clubs own scouting network were the major contributors and the owners made the final decision.

The issue with "top managers" is that they want no interference so they can spend as much money as they want on whatever players they want. I'd hate for us to have a "top manager" with this attitude and I'd hate for us to have a chairman who allowed this attitude.

If anyone can steer Jenkin's through transfer wishes , without Jenkin's knows he's being steered , is Guidolin .
I believe it's a trait he has used throughout his career .
The meekness he showed with asking Jenkin's for Paloschi , and getting him without guestion says that to me .

I see one of our ex managers and someone who was a candidate for the job this season, got off to a great start in his first competitive game at his new club, I wonder what excuses he used for this defeat.
