I agree with some on here that Brendan has already accepted the job and Guildo will be released. I would have been over the moon last week but im not so sure now. but whoever gets the job will get 100% support until we find out if he is good enough or not....

How crazy is this, that this thread has been running all season, and we are still none the wiser?...............<laugh>

On a serious note, Jinx and the board should hang their heads in shame for the way they have treated Franco over his position as manager next season, and the way they treated the trust and fans over the takeover!...........<ok>

Up until now Swansea have a fine reputation of appointing managers and giving them the time and backing to prove their worth. Surely with a return of 24 points from 15 games Franco must be given the job. Rodgers rejected the clubs offer to help us out back in december and we all know why that was considering the precarious position we were in. I know that Rodgers has his backers in the boardroom probably the same ones who are about make millions out of selling our club.

over half our points in 15 games .

By the way , if the job is offered to Guidolin at this point , , there is nothing that says he will take it .... Especially if he has been talking to his last employers at Udenese .edit
Odds slashed for Rodgers to take over , Guidolin finds out his future on Wednesday

Our managerial win percentage since we came into the PL

Rogers 31.7%
Laudrup 34.52
Monk 36.6%
Guidolin 46.67%

I say keep Guidolin.

I'm going to be a pain here, but can we deduct the games Curtis won in Guidos absence? Does this also include the Watford game too?

And then there are the reasons why I hope Guidolin moves on to bigger and better things ...............
I here ya though valley. If we get someone new Ihope it's someone good ..

Nothing wrong with asking that question as I'm interested in comparing Guidos win record while in the dugout vs Rodgers win record.

That win rate says it all, you'd have to be dumb, stupid, and blind to ignore those stats, but given the behaviour of our board this season, nothing will surprise me anymore.............<ok>

2 wins and a draw under Curtis while Franco was in hospital, all the major wins Franco was in the dugout, the stats won't go down that much.......<ok>

I've haven't seen you this bad since you would only focus on Laudrups final 10 games in charge his first season while refusing to acknowledge him getting 40 points in his first 28 games while winning the League Cup . All that was important was you attaching the final 10 games on the season after ....lol .... Was hilarious at the time and pretty funny now too .

Boring :emoticon-0113-sleep

I asked a valid question. If you can't provide an answer without trying to be snarky don't bother Roof.

I could have argued, take away the 3 wins and a draw under Curtis away and we'd only be 2 points above the relegation zone. All of a sudden, doesn't look to promising.
