What I’ve liked in pre-season so far is that we’re playing with at least two strikers (nothing worse than one left up front on their own in any game - unless you’re 3-0 up/have 10 men).

But who gets in the side for you?

For me, I think Tetteh has to start with one of either Oscar or Delap. But I wouldn’t be disappointed with the latter as front two either.

Also, should Allahyar play there instead of the wing?

A very nice problem for Rosenior to have. Long may it last.

I see allahyar as a striker. I don't think he has the tricks to be a winger. I think i was the only one who though longman did ok against grimsby. Still learning and only young the pair of them

Just think how good that Spaniard who won Wimbledon will be in a couple of years when he is their age and learnt a bit more about his trade.

On last season, Oscar & Tetteh, I haven’t seen anything of Delap.
Although he’s not coming here to sit on the bench, unless he’s not that good, I doubt that he’s another Matt Smith.

Delap looks handy wide right....Therefore have Oscar and Tetteh up top with Traore in the hole, Delap right, Slater and Seri starting in midfield, though that set-up would leave us light in the middle of the park. Tricky. Therefore have Oscar on his jack jones, ably supported by Traore and Delap...Tufan or Simons in to add a bit of bite in the middle, probably Simons .With Seri and Slater.

If vinegar or this other left back chap are dynamic and maraud up and down the pitch a la christie on the right, a 4-3-1-2 like our browny used would suit this squad of players very well. Saturated in the central areas but light out wide.

Two big boys in Oscar and Tetteh up top to ping the ball to and Tufan finding space behind them and picking up knockdowns would be goals galore.

Tufan's just a poor man's Geovanni.

Not a bad shout. As much as I like using wingers, we don’t have as much quality there compared to other areas.

Sounds good in theory. I wait with baited breath for the inevitable statistic of no shots on target for the entire 90 minutes.

A bit left field… also because im pissed, but Teteh is excellent in the air.
If he doesnt work out as a goal scorer, i’d retrain him to be a central defender.
They do that sort of thing in football manager
