Really difficult Reebs..

My feeling was that it was Charlie Smirk in the saddle, but it doesn't look the right silks. And it's not Tulyar so maybe it's not Smirke.
 
Barry Brogan, that's a name I recall from the old 606 days. I seem to remember he was branded a drunk and his opinion could be taken with a pinch of salt <laugh>

If you are looking at post 219 Busty, then it isn't Charlie Smirk, if you are looking back to post 136, then I don't know who that is.
