None of them are safe. 5 points is not a cushion.

At this moment in time, I can't see where the points are going to come from to keep Saints up. The occasional draw with a top 6 side won't cut it.

We're not just in it, we most be favourites to go "down with the Swansea".

Is it just me, or is everything **** this morning?

Looking at it now; for me, Stoke, Swansea, and one of Saints, WBA, Newcastle, Bournemouth.

Stoke, IMO, are currently the worst side in the Prem, followed by Swansea.

I’m not feeling much love for the Saints at the minute. I spent three days with the in-laws who whined for the full three days about the handball penalty at OT. You know, the one that wasn’t given.

Every time I see a Manc mate of mine, he whines about Bobby Stokes being offside - in 1976. Shows no sign of ever getting over it.

I had thought that Gabbiadini's perfectly good goal getting disallowed last February at Wembley might shut him up, but nope.

  10. I think the Toon will survive

Then, the club will be sold, and it will become the next super-club, to rival City, and those two clubs will dominate English footy for the next two decades.

Benitez will probably be knighted, as well.

The point being IT WASN’T GIVEN but they still whined for three days. I had to ask them what they were whining about?!

Really tricky this is and a lot can happen until the end of the season - some teams will put on a run and pull away and some will sink.

Might have been better asking this at the end of the window.

I think West Ham, Palace, Newcastle and Stoke will have enough ultimately but you never know.

Teams in real trouble are Swansea, West Brom and Bournemouth and I expect Brighton and Huddersfield to be there too come the end of the season.

If I had to pick I'd go Swansea, West Brom and Brighton because they just don't score enough goals.

That’s very easily fixed. The whining about how the big clubs always get the decisions, even when they don’t get the decisions, is a much more complicated issue to address.

I bet you got the last mince pie, deep into injury time, after tapping your watch and looking threateningly at the cook...

  18. I wish I shared that confidence. We were beyond awful on Saturday against Swansea. I fear that it may be same as last year where we just bank on three sides being worse than us - all very frustrating after the start we made.

Swansea had a bit of fight about them last night and we're a bit unlucky to be perfectly honest, had the ref and lino been anywhere near on their game the result would have been different.

It wasn't, but they looked like they might have the fight in them to get out of it, given how ****e Stoke and the Baggies are and that Saints appear to be in freefall.

So, to sum up, Stoke, West Brom and Bournemouth.
