<laugh> we WILL have our new stadium, and you will end up playing on the downs after several relegations and landslide walks out for good :)

just to amuse you banksy ;) <ok>

One woman said she was against it because it would be at the bottom of her garden.

<laugh> poor excuse.

One Hambrook resident, who asked not to be named, said: "The traffic on the A4174 ring road is already horrendous. If this stadium goes ahead, then it will just get worse." She's worried that fans would try to avoid the ring road by cutting through residential streets such as Filton Road and Stoke Lane.

<laugh> 1 saturday every fortnight. hardly can call it worse. also south gloucester council has already said new roads will be made to help with any 'potential' traffic. also extra buses and extra routes will be made to stop extra traffic building and promotes the use to local transport.

The residents in Cheswick Village are up in arms over it, as some of them only bought their homes last year.

<laugh> they will have nothing to worry about. they should get a clause to make their residential area to be residents only and have parking permits to make sure residents concerns are taken seriously and that they come 1st with the planning. a lot of local streets near central bristol have that already.

A Cheswick Village resident who also asked not to be named said the stadium would create a lot of noise pollution and claimed it would be only 50 metres away from the nearest homes which would affect people's quality of life. She claimed some houses would suffer from loss of light or overshadowing, loss of privacy, noise and disturbance, smells, and loss of trees

noise pollution?? apparently we dont have good attendances according to you lot so should be ok there :) wont effect anyones quality of life. thats just dumb <laugh> loss of light/overshadowing?? obviously they/you havent seen the plans. the stadium will be built pretty much underground. the ground will be blown up and the stadium will be built in the bug ditch so the stadium wont really be seen. loss of privacy?? <doh> they wont have anyone looking in their windows. noise will only happen once a fortnight maybe twice if on a cup run. smells?? only when you visit us ;) loss of trees?? nope. for every tree lost, there will be 5 more planted :)

"the ground will be blown up"

We can only hope!

My mum says no! and when she says no she means no.

I actually think all those points are very valid and no ones even mentioned about where I am gonna walk my dog, cos I have been using that bit of land for bbq's and rounders in the last 20 years.

"smells?? only when you visit us"

Transco are gonna keep getting nuisance calls cos of the new smell of gas in the area. (thats another reason)

We won’t. We will also ensure no one with spray cans are in the immediate area. You dirty vile inbred thugs wont get anywhere near the ground, even when we play each other. You can watch from a big screen TV in dirty knowle so you can disgrace your own memorials and burn your own stadiums down :)
