Still prefer Mutch in your team ahead of Bony after today Sparkey? That's what you said wasn't it? Didn't think 'much' of his display or your team's actually.
Just "gentle banter" as Sparkey would say. I'd just be interested if he raises his head, that's all. He's made sweeping statements about how great Mutch is and how poor Bony is, even so far as saying he'd prefer the former in his team "any day" so it's a fair point.
Hello Aussie - see you've "raised your head" several times again on the thread after saying you wouldn't be posting on it - anything to do with our bad result yesterday?.........
The reason I haven't raised my head as you put it is I rarely post in the evening and certainly not the early hours on here. I won't say I have a family life outside normal working hours that usually prevents me, as you might read between the lines again and take it that I'm inferring that you haven't - one has to be so careful when one is stealthing..........
On the Jordan Mutch front, no big deal that he had a poor game like the rest of his team mates, his talent is clear to those who watch him regularly. If Bony proves to be worth his £12M price tag, then great for you. Despite yesterday's dire overall team performance which would have dragged the best of players down, at just £1M (pocket money in Prem terms) I still think he's class and will develop to become a real asset. If Bony justifies his £12M price tag by wading in with the goals, then that's great business for you too.
Like I said, this is not a thread about Cardiff despite your reservations, and even yesterday's results alone show how vulnerable teams can be with a few poor results back to back. As well as us, West Brom now look to be struggling despite being top half three weeks ago, whereas the team that beat them Norwich have climbed above them out of the bottom 3 over the same period.
A lot to play for, and opinions as to the final trap door losers will change with results week on week.
