Geraghty claims he is/was a big City fan, and used to attend on a regular basis.

He appears on some 80s team pics as the leader of Humberside County Council (yes really!)

It could be worse, it could be Bayes.

No, sorry - it's Beverley Road station; Cannon Street station is/was near Rosedowns.

    You are not wrong.

Confused by that railway carriage restaurant near the bridge.

Terminus was meant to be where New Theatre now is till $$$ ran out.

I grew up down Kimberley Street, the street came under compulsory purchase back in about 1976, I lived there from 1965, I'd love to see some photos from that era but can never seem to find any. If anyone can find any I'd be chuffed to bits.

Cheers Charon. That's 'little' Kimberley street, which is still there, although the houses obviously aren't. The give away is the entrance to the railway yard and the tops of the trees in Hymers. I actually lived down the street opposite, 'big' Kimberley Street, which is no longer there at all.

Reggie Kray was the nice one....Ronnie was the mad bugger....They were a bit like Good cop/bad cop...according to someone I talked to.

Crazy thing is the 'Blind Beggar' pub was packed to the rafters and no one saw a thing when the boys walked in and Ronnie shot that fella in the head from point blank range.
