be interested to see who other teams got in apart from hull, the wage thing would have been worth it for a short term loan until the end of the season i firmly believe short/poyet should have bit the bullet on the money front because as i say if we do go down and heaven forbid dont come straight back how much would that cost in the longer term,its not as if the front players have all of a sudden lost form its been shocking all season.
We did of course bring in Scocco, but of course wwe should have been aware that the Brazilian league had been in pre-season, and Scocco had missed a slab of that injured, he was never gonna be match fit.
this highlights the failing even more ,you knew this ,i knew this everybody knew this
You do wonder don't you, you'd think the basics of scouting etc would take into account that all the leagues are active at different times, I think we got a great deal on Scocco, but surely someone knew he wasn't ready, and at the very least we should have looked at a loan option as well.
We just all have to sit, hope and back the lads and hope we get one finger over the line.
well is it a great deal is he any good because i dont know nothing about him apart from his brief appearances ,might as well have given whatmore a go ,at least hes match fit. anyway lets hope and as you say get behind them
I'd recall him, He could kickstart the rest of the team with his direct live wire approach.
I think he'd make a decent sub option, we lack any kind of urgency off the bench. Late in the game when we want to turn the screw we've got nobody.

Agree..I have no problem whatsoever with Baz, although I rarely seem to agree with him..
