According to twitter, the players are fine and in the dark as much as we are. They're already a well bonded team and are just getting on with what they love, i.e. football.

They didnt have a clue about NPs plan either, and were as shocked as we are.

I suspect with Barmby leading training, maybe the new manager there as well, the players will do what they need to and be as professional as they normally are.

Actually just thought, thank **** Bullard isnt there, imagine what he'd be like with no leash on him. Jesus H.

Bullard for manager

Think we may be drip fed information throughout the day.
Latest from burnsy is that NP could be out today and NB in charge.
The WJ isn't happening at the moment.

What as in it's off? Or as in it's not going through yet?

Blunderside don't think they approached Man United before the weekend to actually sound out WJ.
So probably NB as caretaker for a few days, maybe for the Derby game.
Burnsy is trying to get more info during the day, no one at KC saying anything.

It's now a case of advertising the managers job, and then finding out who is actually interested in the job.

I hope they had a back up plan for when their first targets turn us down, as they inevitably do.

After spending the whole week being pissed about by Leicester, Pearson and Joyce, i hope it doesn't effect anything.

Not whilst NP is still officially our boss, we can't publicly advertise anything if we're still claiming he's worth £1.2m to us. I know it's a formality we're getting a new man but it'll just be an SOP whilst negotiations are ongoing.
