Seems a perfectly sensible question to me ... far too much negativity on this, and other forums and it's often regurgitated rubbish. The unacceptable part for me however, is the slagging off of the new players brought in before they've even kicked a ball in a competitive game, and the continuing hankering for players who have chosen to leave, for whatever reason.

Define slagging off? For me it would be calling them names, using abuse aimed towards them and so forth. Stating that they are not the quality that you were hoping for, stating that they played for a team that finished in a low position and stating that you feel they are of average ability is not slagging them off as far as I am concerned. This is a forum where topics get debated; what do you think of this formation, of this player, of how well we shall do.

They have kicked a ball in many a competitive game hence why many are giving opinions on their ability, at the end of the day who are going to be watching these players and paying their wages - the fans <ok>
