Why not ask Wigan or Middlesbrough?

Or, and here's an even better suggestion, why not stop overcompensating for you team's miserable form by boring us on a regular basis with your factually-devoid drivel?
Miserable form, 3 points off top four and 2 off the amazing team in 6th <laugh>

So which is the season killer cup, the FA or the league. Or do you give the same name to both as an excuse for failing in them?

That you'll be signing Mario Mandzukic in January?

How terrible, that's far worse than people making **** up about a punch-up in training due to one of our players sleeping with a teammate's wife...
Well if you want to believe ****e fair enough.
I was thinking more about how they are all saying we are in crisis too.

Calm down fella, you are mashing the keys <laugh>

So which is the "season killer" cup, or are both domestic cups season killers and not worth the effort like Poch thinks?
What are you babbling about?
I have said nothing about season killer cups ... answer the points I raised or wum me on the prem board.
I gave you a serious, thought out response ... why not respond in kind and discuss it...perdonally I find those statistics quite shocking.

You responded to a post where I asked which cup was the season killer (it was a part of the line of debate), please read the posts before replying.

I wasn't pointing out winners, just finalists in general <ok>

Winning cups is huge for fans, we all want to see our players holding up trophies, but in the modern world, clubs (chairman, boardrooms and even managers) will always place a greater emphasis on the league, and the money that can be earned from playing in the champions league and to a lesser extent the Europa.

So whilst our record in cup competitions is frankly lamentable since the turn of the century our record for getting into Europe via our league position has improved beyond all recognition.

Since the inception of European club competitions we have played in Europe 25 times, on 10 of those occasions either in the old Cup Winners Cup, UEFA Cup or Europa league that was a result of winning a cup in the previous season. Up to 2006-2007 season we had qualified for Europe via our league position on just 5 occasions. In the 11 seasons since then we have qualified for Europe via the league 10 times including each of the last 9 seasons.

For Tottenham this run of top 6 (and recently top 4) league finishes is unprecedented and whilst we (the fans) would all love to have won more cups, if that had been at the expense of European qualification then the clubs hierarchy would probably have deemed the seasons to be less successful.

Winning either domestic cup gets the club into Europa.

or do you mean you’d rather finish top 4 to get champions league than say 7th or 8th but win the League Cup?
