I had porridge for breakfast and a chicken salad for dinner. Tea will be a shake consisting of porridge oats, protein, skimmed milk, greek yogurt and a spoonful of almond butter.

Oh yeah, living the dream alright.

Got to shift the pounds I put on in eating way too much meat and KFC at the weekend. Had five kids on a sleepover and they wanted to try a bargain bucket. They left most of it, fat **** here was on hand to hoover up what was left!
They then all requested a full English for breakfast and proceeded to leave most of that too, the little bleeders. Even my special scrambled eggs.

My farts honked the next day I can tell thee.

No idea, I've never had your special scrambled eggs.

Mine, however, taste divine and are smooth and velvety to the palette.

I dont know what's special about those eggs but if they're like my special mushrooms and special cakes then they must be special.

Ah, special shakes on Koh Phangan. It takes me back!!

(don't get me started on the ones harvested on the hills above Neath)

Special scrambled eggs are very special indeed.

Fry chorizo, spring onion, quartered shrooms with a dash of chilli powder. Once it all looks cooked add the eggs and scramble. Serve on buttered toast with a squirt of reggae reggae spicy sauce. Breakfast of champions that.

Sounds very nice. Chorizo is the finest flavour known to man, bar none. ****ing love it.

Mine is not so fancy. Mine just involves doing it right, which by my experience no ****er ever does.

Free range eggs with ORANGE yolks, not fluorescent yellow, splash of whole milk, season (pepper first) and cook in foaming butter.

Then just fold regularly and do not over cook. Nowt worse than a heap of overcooked dried egg.

Finish with a spoon full of cream and fold in and allow to rest.

Really? Cheap yellow eggs are vile. At least bog standard supermarket free range don't glow in the dark.

Where I'm staying now, ****e eggs. Can't eat them. Where I was till the bastards put it up to eighty quid a night for summer, beautiful orange eggs.
Same with sausages. Got to have a sausage with at least some effort gone into it.
