Lazy bastard. You end up paying more for the new build and get less for your own house when you part ex.

Didn't get less for my property (although I know this sometimes happens) the cost of the new build is next, I've been given the nod that they are deperate to finish off and move on, next step is negotiating a price (something I didn't know you could do with part ex) and getting all the extras I want (flooring, turf, built in wardrobes) I'm usually quite good at this kind of thing so fingers crossed it goes my way.

What's this **** got to do with ****ing food?

Had this for lunch - best street food I think i've ever had. Had a combi, which was pulled pork and bbq chicken with American potato hash, with extra spice sprinkles and sauce

Love a bit of street food..

Went to Camden a few weeks ago. Their street food market is awesome. I had Philly cheese steak. Bourbon pulled pork, falafel and wild boar. Three separate sittings in between beer.

That sounds lovely mate. I've been to where you're talking about - beautiful grub. Street food is unbeatable imo. The stand I was talking about just randomly appeared in Dorchester one day, and it's absolutely packed everyday they turn up, all their rubs and sauces are home made - seriously good stuff.

The annual seafood festival is in Weymouth this weekend, always a treat. Looking forward to wondering around all day with various beverages whilst trying weird and wonderful fish street-food dishes. The boys love it too, so it's a good family day out all round <ok>

Just had quite possibly the worst shepherds pie ever. Courtesy of my mother. I have no idea how she can make the most simple of dishes truly awful. Bless her.

Beckham's son turned up to training at Old Trafford this morning, for the youth squad.
A few of the other lads were asking him what number shirt he would be wearing.
He approached the team coach to ask what jersey he should put on.
"Wear four out there Romeo." He replied.
