Corned beef rissoles are a traditional dish made with corned beef, potatoes, and onions. They are usually served with a gravy or sauce.
I’m up north for work next month so will have that with a Wigan kebab and some sort of deep fried rat or whatever else one eats up there.

I've tried those fish cakes and they are the best you can get in the UK imo.
Not everyone south of Birmingham lives in a £2k a month studio with three other people. The boomers leave enough meat in the bins for all of us to eat well.
