I'm doing a couple of dishes today I'm prepping everything for the Nasi Goreng today so that it's all done and easy to knock up tomorrow. So I'll cook the rice and bung it in the fridge, can't buy Kecap Manis here so I'll make it (should have tried Amazon).
Ingredients I'm using are...

Chicken thigh
Onion
Kecap Manis
Shrimp paste
Garlic
Chilli
Rice
Onion
Fried egg

Any tips?
Get the maid to do it! Eggs can be done two ways - whole fried egg or mixed up and fried then shredded. Go with former. Make sure its runny and then just allow it to run over the rice after plating up. Don't forget Kerupuk - prawn crackers to go with it. I prefer chicken shredded into it but some people just serve a leg or thigh whole with it.

On the shrimp paste, use the right amount not the white amount.
 
Been doing meal prep this week. Added cocoa powder and balsamic to my usual chilli recipe.

Is that home cooked or out?

Will be lighting the barbecue later. Burgers, sausages (boiled first of course) minted lamb babs and some spatchcock type chicken stuff.
