Get the maid to do it! Eggs can be done two ways - whole fried egg or mixed up and fried then shredded. Go with former. Make sure its runny and then just allow it to run over the rice after plating up. Don't forget Kerupuk - prawn crackers to go with it. I prefer chicken shredded into it but some people just serve a leg or thigh whole with it.I'm doing a couple of dishes today I'm prepping everything for the Nasi Goreng today so that it's all done and easy to knock up tomorrow. So I'll cook the rice and bung it in the fridge, can't buy Kecap Manis here so I'll make it (should have tried Amazon).
