carbonara

one egg and two extra yolks. Heavy on the sauce today because I’m in that sort of mood.

Sauce is good. Looks nice. Needs bacon tho

Don't know why but I'm having salad leaves with everything at the moment.

Crisp cold lettuce/pea shoots or whatever with some spicy chicken curry for example, cucumber as well.

Also having rice/potatoes/veg & breads but I just need my salad fix.

Too gay ? <laugh>

If accompanied with a spicy chicken curry then no not gay at all imo

I enjoy a salad with a curry

Diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion dollop of mint sauce mix it up

Crisp cold lettuce and lemon juice (freshly squeezed).

The diced salad I make is similar, but prefer fresh mint, coriander and a little green chilli.

Then make a dressing from lemon juice, soy sauce & fish sauce...sweeten with a little palm sugar as well if you like.

Eat with chicken/fish tikka and some breads.
