Trick is cooking the beef slow first in some beef stock and herb and dat til it's soft then it's ready to cook proper.

Like today I fried the beef strips and onions then added half a jar of paste filled up the rest of the jar with water, chucked it in and let that simmer low for bout hour and 20, then added toms and again simmered for about an hour.

But if you aint got time beefs just not the one tbh<laugh>

Made some chili yesterday to test my new (second hand) pressure cooker.
Turned out well, get that slow cooked all day long thing in 45 mins.

I’ve fallen out with our nearest Maccies. She went to get some Grand Big Macs when they were on, charged us for them, receipt was right, in the bag - double cheese ffs.

Went back a few weeks later, Grand Big Mac had finished - fume, ordered Big Macs got them home, they’d put Big Tasty sauce on the ****er, they must employ absolute tards at our one.
